Adding A Hard Drive

I am trying to add a hard drive and the rake is a weird piece of equipment. How do i remove the green overlay to attach the holding screws?

Do not remove the green plastic units. They are to hold in the HDD. Put screws in sides of HDD. Remove front cover of computer. Slide HDD in from front. Automatically snaps into place. Attach data and power cable.
