Compaqcq2009f Went Out And Will Not Start. What Could Be Wrong ?

As described above I cannot get my computer to start. A bolt of lightning hit nearby and my CompaqCQ2009F and my telephone were both messed up. It burned out my modem too. I have tried troubleshooting and it does have power at the power cord connection. But it will not start. No lights are on. I appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
