Hi I Have The Binatone R430 Sat Nav

Hi I'm experiencen some problem getting my sat nav to work it seems to b when I turned on after usin it the day before was workin fine a day later I turned it on it came up to calibrate it that I did and stayed on with a white screen I left it for quit sometime and then got the pen to reset it now all I'm getting is the start up screen sayin binatone wich it's not even letting me turn it on or off by tho button what can I do to fix it thanks.
