I Have A Chicago 7purchased Some Embroidery Files(exp) And Can't Get The Machine

Hi good morning. I have a Chicago 7, have purchased some embroidery files (exp extension) and can't get the machine to recognize them with the USB. I really don't know what to do Opened the files with Artlink 7, saved them to the Stick, this created the EmbF5 folder and in it the embroidery file. The file is just a letter, small and monocrome. The USB is 2GB. I really can't find where I'm doing things wrong!! Could you please help me? Thank you!!!
