So when you start your computer does it tell you that you need to repair your computer. I believe the problem may be your hard drive if it keeps looping.

Restart your computer and keep pressing F9. Just make sure before you do this that you back up all your important things because everything will be erased and back to factory programs.

Do you know if you did anything before this started happening? Try restarting your computer and pressing F2. Now in the bios change the boot configuration to point to your hard drive first. Also make sure the hard drive is in ADHC.
