Asus K55a The Screen Goes Blank Until The Charger Is Pushed In Out, Help!
Its not a faulty charger as have tried a new one, the computer is working perfectly behind the scenes, sometimes the monitor may come back on for a few minutes, then it will go again.. If I Pull and push the charger in and out the screen shows as normal for a split second then goes blank again..( I have tried removing the battery) This unit is only a few months old and has done little work. Any ideas :so

Sounds like the issue may be you have to change your display. Try pressing FN and F8 at the same time and see if you are able to get video on your notebook.
Have you tried connecting your notebook to an external monitor to see if it comes on.
Please try removing the battery and ac adapter and keep pressing the power button for 30 seconds to make sure all power is drained. Once you have done this, connect your ac adapter and power on your computer and see if you get a video.
