Acer X1273 Projector Turns On Then Shuts It Off Again. Lamp Light Comes On After

After turning it on, it whirrs then pressing the resync button, it then the lamp light comes on. Turning it on and off several times does not seem to be a problem. Its only a new projector, about 4 months old.

It sounds like an overheating issue, since the unit is in warranty I suggest you contact Acer support for a replacement or repair.
