Acer Aspire Es1-521 Error?

My Acer Aspire ES1-521 will try to auto repair but fail, I'd also try to factory preset the laptop but it would also fail. Everyones saying it's a hard drive failure and apparently my boot order is off, could that be the issue?It goes like this; Windows Boot ManagerHDD: ST500LT012-1DG142:ATAPI CDROM: MATSHIA DVD-RAM UJ8HC:USB FDD:Network Boot-IPV4:USB HDD:USB CDROM:Network Boot-IPV6:

The boot order is fine. It definitely sounds like a hard drive failure. I recommend taking the laptop to a local computer repair shop so they can try and recover the data on it and replace the drive.
