Nvidia Card Crash On Acer Computer

Hi,3 years back i bought an acer predator with a gtx 770, i7 4790 and 16gb ram build in. Now i have some issues with crashes while playing games. I already contacted nvidia about the issues but they say it's not related to the graphics card. Although they asked me to send acer an email about the part number on the graphics card and if the crashes are caused because of other hardware problems. Is there a possibility that acer can give me some info about this? Kind regards,Jelle Lemmens
