Acer 480 Model P4jl0 Laptop Bluetooth Not Working

The bottom of my laptop says that it included bluetooth module broadcom BCM92070MD. I can not figure out how to make it work. I have a bluetooth speaker that works with my phone bluetooth. It is the first time I have tried to use bluetooth with a laptop. I tried opening the bluetooth and it doesn't open.
