Battery Issue

hello! can anyone help me? there seems to be a problem with my Acer TravelMate 8472G battery. It doesnt seem to reach a full charge state. It just display 99% despite charging it for a long time. I kept waiting but still the same. Thanks n advance.

What you can try to do is wear down the battery completely. Once it's completely dead, then remove the battery and plug it back in and charge your battery up to 100%. If you are still having a problem, you can call acer and see if you may have to have the battery replaced.
