Finger Print Easy Start Is Not Working

Good day!I badly need help. I can no longer use finger print easy start in my TravelMate 8472G. It worked before but now I dont know what happened. Thank you!

The driver software for the Finger Print feature may not be installed in your computer. You have to install the Finger Print driver software for this device to make it function properly. The latest finger print driver can be downloaded here:
