Blue Light Flashes 5 Times But Won't Boot Up

There might be a problem with either the Operating System or LCD Screen. If the Operating System is the problem, it requires a reinstallation of restoration of your laptop to its default factory settings. However, if this is an LCD Screen problem, it requires replacement. I suggest that you bring the product to the service/repair center.
