An outstanding printer
I have been using this printer for some time now, and it prints fast, doesn't jam, and the colors are striking. I have seen other reviews that say the images are not great, but they don't show examples, and my printed photos are nothing less than spectacular. Complete toner cartridge kits, all 4, can be purchased as low as $50 on ebay, and prices vary widely from various vendors, as well as refill kits that are available. The printer is quiet, and uses very little power when it's not printing. The straight paper path makes it ideal for printing various media, including t-shirt transfers, and envelopes. It also has a built-in duplex feature which costs extra on other printers. If you need a color printer, the C330dn beats the lasers in every category.

Oki C330dn wrinkles standard envelopes, with no solution!
I bought an Oki 330dn laser printer about three months ago. The online reviews looked pretty good, and the price was reasonable.The problem was that when I printed standard #10 envelopes, they wrinkled every, and I mean every time.
I called Oki's support line, and after describing the problem to the rep, this is what he said;
"The problem is that you can't print envelopes that have a "slanted" or "V" shaped flap. I wasn't sure I'd heard right, so I said, "You mean the standard rectangular envelopes?" I expected him to give me the solution and I'd go back to printed envelopes like I always had.
Instead, he said; "The printer will always, ALWAYS print those envelopes with wrinkles. You have to use envelopes with "square" flaps and they'll print perfectly.
I was completely, totally stunned. I've had my own financial planning business for 16 years, and I've never seen an envelope with that type of flap.
And here's the kicker. The price for the square-flap envelopes are two to three times more expensive than the standard envelopes. Holy moley!
I hope this you avoid the frustration that's guaranteed if you buy an Oki c330dn printer. Good shopping!
