Insert Clip (17) of rowing rail (4) to the Revolving shaft (28) in direction of Bracket tubing combination (1), and open the Buckle (25) on the corresponding revolving shaft (28) before using. Noted: Please make sure that Clip (17) and protecting cover (15) have been installed on the bracket tubing combination (1). Put down the rowing rail (4) and match the Protecting cover (15) and the bottom revolving shaft (28).
