Connecting an External Microphone Your computer comes with EN 50332-2 (Clause 7 limits) for connecting an external microphone. 33 To help protect against hearing loss, ensure that do not comply with EN 50332-2 can be dangerous due to 150 mV. Using External Devices This specification limits the computer's maximum wide band true RMS output voltage to excessive sound pressure levels. Using headphones that the headphones or earphones you use also comply with an external microphone jack for a wide band characteristic voltage of 75 mV. Chapter 3.
