Top Cover Front Cover 4 Remove the print cartridge and turn the spool to tighten the ribbon. 5 Re-install the cartridge. 6 Close the top cover. 7 Close the front cover. 8 Load the paper. 12 - 4 T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G A N D R O U T I N E M A I N T E N A N C E If the paper remains jammed, then pull it toward the back of the machine. Blue Lever Top Cover Front Cover 3 Pull the jammed paper gently from the paper feeder toward the front of the fax machine. 2 Open the front cover, and then open the top cover by pressing the blue levers on both sides of the top cover.
