Pc Doesn't Recognize Wd, Not Accessible
Hi,My PC doesn't recongnize WD, after connecting power and usb cable. Sometimes it's ok, but majority no.Wen is accessible file transfer is too slow and crashes.

Make sure the power supply is good and in a proper outlet. Then access the Western Digital link attached. This should enable you to run diags on the drive.

There are other diagnostics available. If no data recovery is needed then a Low Level format from Hdgurru.com will return the drive to an empty drive ready for partitioning. That will totally erase the drive of course.
