Weider Pro 4250 Not Moving Smoothly.

We purchased this system and once together it isn't moving smoothly. It feels like it gets hung up as you're doing reps. No tension with leg press, then doesn't retract back. Press once extended feels like it stops in the middle, butterfly just doesn't seen to move smooth.
