My Laptop Only Shows The 'toshiba' Screen Then Doesn't Turn On. Help!!
I turn on my computer and it only reaches the point where it has the Toshiba screen and stays there. I don't know what to do. :( Every other forum I've read says to take out the battery but this laptop is different and doesn't have the battery to take out readily available.

1. Power off the computer and disconnect all the power sources and external devices.
2. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds and then release.
3. Put the AC adapter and battery back and power on the computer and check if the computer boots normally.
