Yellow Light Flashing I Can Hear Fans On And It Trying To Click On And Off
I have a toshiba 50 inch theater wide HD tv model # 50Hm66 and wgen i plug it in tge yellow lamp light comes on a blinks i can hear fans and the tv click on and off

When this happened to my 56HM66 it needed a new lamp. I've replaced the lamp twice within the last two years because the lamp only lasts 3,000 viewing hours. Here is the manual for your set. It tells how to change the lamp---it's not difficult and only takes about 15 minutes.
