Picture Not Filling Screen

I just set up my new TV. The picture is not filling the display and it is cutting off part so the disply. I cannot locate an option to adjust the screen to fit

Go to the website,put in the model # then go to trouble shoot, or try goin to menu-then go to the picture option and then fit to screen.
