No Sound From Speakers Or Headphone Port

There is no sound coming from the speakers or headphone port

Check the obvious first: Make sure the TV isn't muted and that the device you're using (If applicable) is outputting sound. If that all checks out then unfortunately it's likely a hardware issue. You'll have to have the TV serviced.
