My Tv Is Stuck In Headphones Mode, How Do I Change Setting

It does not appear to have a specific headphone mode. One normally removes the headphones to re-enable the speakers. If you refer to page 22 of the manual (page 23 of PDF) it gives the information on audio setting. The only other option would be to use the main menu to do a factory reset which will entail setting up the TV as if new.
