Toshiba 19sl410u Picture Doesnt Fit In Screen

the source of the picute (cable box, satellite, etc). The picture might have bars on the sides, top an bottom, both sides and top and bottom, or it might be too big. This is normal dependent upon the aspect ratio setting on the TV and the output of the source. Look for the [aspect] button on the remote and press it to cycle through the options to find the best one.
