Loaded Minutes Two Hours Ago, My Account Is 'active', Can't Make Calls Still
i loaded minutes on the end date of my service plan. so two hours later, when i still couldn't make a call, i tried to reactivate. i figured that i had to because maybe my account became inactive before i refilled the minutes. but online it says my account is active. why can't i make calls yet?
