St8talk Activation Code Is *22890 But 4 Hours Later My Phone Still Does Not Work

My Caregiver and family member whom help Me cuz Im very Ill are gone for the weekend N I dont feel Safe alone without My Phone...  Can U please tell Me what I might do to get it going it was paid with My Credit Card this morning N yet not activated...  I can not dial any number including St8Talks Operaters...
