Added Minutes Online To The Wrong Phone Help!!!
I am tired....forgot to pick up a service card so i go online to refill my minutes....problem is I wasn't paying attention and chose to refill the minutes on my old phone that was still registered on my account. I didn't realize it until after my payment went through and tried to use my new phone. How do I switch my service plan to my new phone if I refilled online? I really need my phone...I have a child with a disability PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
