Need Help Adding Time To My Phone

my stright talk phone has been off for over thirty days now what can i do to add my pre paid time card i just bought .do i need to get a new number ? i dont want to change my old number what can i do ? i have been trying to talk to a stright talk rep for 2 days now and im haveing no luckplease help me ?
