I hear that there is a new psp coming out called the vita. Is it already out?

Sony PSP And Sony PS Vita Are Two Different Consoles.
The Games For Both Are Released Separately.
Sony PS Vita Has Been Released A Long Time Ago.
In My Opinion Sony PS Vita is much Better than PSP.
In Psp You Can Download Games to play but in PS Vita You have to buy a disc for each game you want to play.
