Can't Connect To Pc

When I connect my sony handycam dcr-trv480 to my windows xp, the found new hardware comes up and goes through some of its stuff but then a problem balloon comes up saying soemthing like not fully installed and may not run properly. How can i fix this solution?

Re-download the drivers here: http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?template=&upd_id=2158&os_id+3,4,6,7,16,20,21,24&mdl=DCRTRV480

Unistall the old ones from Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Reinstall the new ones.

If all goes well you should be good to go.
