Camcorder Sony Mhs-cm1 Webbie

MY WEBBIE CAMCORDER KEEPS TELLING ME THERE IS A FORMAT ERROR AND I CANT CLEAR IT. HAVE RESET AND REPLACED THE MEMORY CARD, BUT STILL SHOWING FORMAT ERROR
