Composite Output Delay

i am using the hdr ax2000 in a two camera setup with a switcher using the composite outputs of both cameras and audio from the sound board, the video switcher is not a hdmi or component mixer it is standard resolution, i am expericencing a video delay so the audio and video are out of sync, i am using the default settings, is there a way of adjusting the cameras so there is not delay? thank you
