This could happen if your speaker wires are shorting. disconnect all speakers. If problem persists
1. your power amplifier section is detecting a DC offset.
or
2. Your power supply voltages are abnormal
or
3. The voltage detection circuitry for pt. 2. above is faulty ( In my case i had to replace R3562 <10K ohm chip rsistor> to get it functional)
