How To Put Videos From Ccd-trv66 To Laptop Using S-video To S-video On Laptop

i have a1999 ccd-trv66 ntsc digital xr video hi8 camcorder with laser link ,i would be more than appreciative and defanitively one way or another pay back one who could solve my problem that has wasted years in my life through on going trying to get my laptop to reconize my camcorder to put what i believe to be most wonderous moments of my life of great videos that i know the world would be greatly pleased and amazed to veiw as i want to share on youtube.i have a manual ive read the book but nowhere say exactly what end hook ups to use or what they look like for this model.i am hopeing to find how or what steps need to be taken/drivers??? needs to use can i use s-video to computer i have rcs and s-video on my camcorder laptop has s-video.please if you can make this work for me i honestly can say you have changed my life and made it better.thank you for your time and conciderousity on this matter.with all respect,michele
