Battery Will Not Charge
I have not used my handycam for a few years now the battery will not charge I bought another battery and this one will not charge also.

The manual specifically states that this battery must be used: Sony NP-F970 L-Series Info-Lithium Battery Pack (6300mAh). If that is the batery you purchased then you need to check your charger(Mfr# ACVQ1051D). Two other BatteryPack vendors here & here.
