Can't Text Or Email Picture Meaasges

I got my samsung t404g from straight talk. I'm unable to send pictures to other phones OR my email. I spent a loooong time trying to troubleshoot with customer service with no results. I've cleared the cache, deleted cookies, and removed/put back the battery. The rep gave me a long code to enter and it came up invalid. Nothing is helping. PLEASE don't say I have to call customer service again. I'd rather go back to AT&T. Heck, I'd rather JUMP OFF A BRIDGE then call there again. Please help!!!!!
