Retrieving Group Messages

when i get a group message i am prompted to retrieve the message. when i hit retrieve, i get an error prompt saying message is unretrievable. this just started happening recently. i was always able to view group messages.

Page 56 of the user guide will give you details on group usage. There are numerous parts of the guide that mention 'group' so if you peruse the guide it should give you a solution. You can download the user guide from here.
