Samsung Np365e5c Running .86 Ghz

My Laptop is running at only .86 GHz. It is clocked 2.70 GHz. What shall I look for to remedy this?

If you have not closed applications but only minimised that could be your problem. Check how many apps you are running and close instead of minimise.

That may speed up your system. However if you have a hardware problem that could be an issue but try that first.
