Disc Error Messages

DISC PLAYER WILL NOT PLAY DVDS. IT TRIES TO LOAD FOR 30 SECONDS TO ONE MINUTE THEN THE SCREEN SAYS "DISC ERROR OR NO FILE" WE RAN A DVD CLEANEER AND TRIED POWERING DOWN FOR DIFFERANT LENGTH OF TIMES AND IT DID NOT MATTER.
