Tv Turns Off By Itself - Lamp Light Flashing
Could someone tell me if I need to replace the lamp bulb to fix the problem of my tv turning off several times in a viewing?

This is the exact symptom of a weak lamp. the part number should be BP96-01653A in stock for $147 here http://www.andrewselectronics.com/welcome.aspx
you should check the lamp code on the tag on the right side of the set to ensure this is the lamp you need first.
