Samsung Hl-s5687w Dlp Tv Problem

I turn the tv on and sound is there picture is white and when I change source there are black pencil lines running top of the screen to bottom of the screen about 1 inch apart from left to right then the slowly fade into and all white screen again unless i change source again.
