My Samsung On Button Is Hard To Turn Power On

If your Samsung HLS5687W does not power on, it is not the power button but there might be a problem with the power cord/supply of the device. You may need to replace the power cord/cable of your Samsung HLS5687W. You can purchase replacement parts of this device here:
