Try removing the power from the mains supply. Then after a few seconds reconnect the power whilst pressing the eject button. Unit needs has to have been switched on prior to this point. This should force an eject. If that does not work then look for a small hole at the front below the tray door. Using a needle or other item which will go into the hole, push the pin in and this will activate the manual eject mechanism. Alternatively if the unit is out of warranty then remove the cover with the unit disconnected from power and you should be able to see the disk in the tray. You may be able to wind the tray out to retrieve the disk. However further investigation will be needed to verify if there is a fault with the unit.
Hope that helps.
