How to store pemanent fax numbers in MP C5502

Hi, to store a fax number:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select New Program
- Under the first tab (Name), enter a name to be displayed for this fax number
- Go to the Fax tab and enter the fax number
- Select OK in the upper right corner to save the entry
