How To Program Fax Numbers Into Machine

I need to change/ amend fax numbers already programmed into machine.  How do I do this?

You can do this through the address book (User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Address Book Management).  From the list of destinations, select the one you need to modify, then go to the Fax tab and select Change next to the fax number.  Enter the new fax number, select OK to save it, and select OK again.
