Why Do My Print Settings Always Reset?

I have the ricoh aficio mp c3001 pcl 6 dirver but my print settings are never saved

Are you changing the settings from inside an individual document? If so, those settings will not be saved. In order to make permanent changes to your print driver's settings, you have to make the changes in the main print driver itself. To do that, in Windows go into the print driver properties or preferences from the Control Panel or Devices & Printers window. From there, any changes you make will be saved. If you make a change from within Word or Excel or another application, the changes will not be saved.
