Stop All Color Copies From Network, Afficio C3500

Is it possible to turn off color printing from the copier itself? Staff continue to print color documents from their PC's. I want copier to make B & W only.

Hi, you can use user authentication management to prevent printing in color. Once you turn on user authentication management for color printing, only users who have a valid user code (that you create, if you want to) will be able to print in color; anyone else will only be able to print in black and white. The setting for user authentication management can be found in User Tools > System Settings > Administrator Tools > User Authentication Management.
