Hi, unless you already have the firmware for your C3500, you will need a valid Ricoh tech ID to download it. Ricoh only makes its printer firmware available to Ricoh-certified technicians.
If you have the firmware, you can update it using an SD card. Be sure to unplug the copier from any fax or network cables before attempting to update the firmware, and if you have a service contract on that machine you should inform your service provider that you plan to update the firmware.
