Hi, if you are getting the "Please Wait" message and it doesn't go away, the most likely problem is a bad hard drive. Replacing the hard drive -- or in some cases, formatting it -- will probably fix the issue. However, other faulty components could also cause the same symptom, including a bad controller board.
